The Weekend Services team creates a warm, welcoming environment from the moment someone pulls into the parking lot to the moment they head home. If you love people, enjoy a great cup of coffee, or find joy in the behind-the-scenes details, this is a great place to start. You'll be part of a fun, connected team that shows up early, serves with purpose, and sets the tone for everything God does on a Sunday.

The next generation matters deeply to God — and to us. The Kids & Youth team creates safe, fun, engaging spaces where children and students can encounter Jesus, ask big questions, and grow in their faith. You don't need to be a teacher or a parent; you just need a heart for investing in young people. Expect laughter, creativity, big moments, and the joy of watching a kid "get it" for the first time.

Real life change happens in circles, not rows. The Groups & Discipleship team helps people take their next step with Jesus by opening their homes, leading conversations, and walking alongside others through the ups and downs of faith. If you love people, enjoy good conversation, and want to see others grow, this is a meaningful place to pour out what God has poured into you. You don't have to have it all figured out — you just have to be one step ahead and willing to walk with someone.

Every Sunday morning and ministry event runs because faithful people work quietly in the background. The Behind the Scenes team runs the soundboard, keeps the livestream on air, maintains the building, organizes the data, and solves problems before anyone knows there was one. If you're detail-oriented, love problem-solving, or have a technical skill you'd like to use for the Kingdom, there's a spot for you here. It's a great fit for people who'd rather serve out of the spotlight.

Jesus didn't stay inside the temple walls — and neither do we. The Community Outreach team takes the love of Jesus out into Pittsburgh and beyond: serving neighbors, meeting practical needs, and partnering with local organizations doing Kingdom work. If your heart breaks for the hurting or you just love rolling up your sleeves and getting things done, come serve with us. Expect to be stretched, moved, and reminded that Jesus often shows up in the most unexpected places.
