Children’s Ministry — One-on-One Support Aides

Our Children’s Ministry is growing, and we are excited to welcome children with a wide range of needs, personalities, and learning styles. To help every child feel safe, supported, and able to participate fully, we are looking for volunteers to serve as One-on-One Support Aides during our weekend services.

One-on-One Support Aides partner with a child who may benefit from extra assistance. This support may include helping with transitions between activities, offering sensory or emotional regulation support, and encouraging engagement during lessons and group time. The goal is to help each child thrive while creating a positive and inclusive environment for all families.

No prior experience is required. We are looking for individuals with a caring heart, patience, and a willingness to learn. Training, guidance, and ongoing support will be provided.
